French Placement Test |

This test has 100 questions
divided into 6 levels. The test will stop automatically
at the end of a level if the questions become too
difficult for your level of French.

For each question,
read the sentence carefully and select your answer
from the drop-down menu.
- After completing each section, your
results will appear on the screen. You need a minimum
score of 65% to continue the test. You will then need
to click the “Continue” button to go to
the next level.
- Should you fail a level, the test will
stop and your results will automatically be transmitted
to A.L.I. Do not attempt to browse back to the previous
level to modify your answers. Such attempt will result
in a lost test.
- After finishing the test, please contact
A.L.I. to arrange your oral placement test. Your starting
level will be assigned once your oral test has been
completed.
